For Members:

• Log in to toonut.com with your username and password.
• Vote on other members' cartoons.
• Comment on any cartoons, or comment on other comments.
• Submit new cartoons.
• To become a member, request an account by clicking on Create New Account in the login area. It has to be approved by the admins, just to avoid spam - we don't want members like u342k12h who sell Viagra.

For Non-members:

• View the highest voted cartoons, on the Front Page.
• View the latest cartoons submitted by our artist members, on the New Cartoon page.
• View a particular artist's portfolio, by clicking on their name as it appears above any cartoon.
• Subscribe to the Front Page, New Cartoons or any artist's portfolio by clicking the yellow RSS feed button icon at the bottom of the page.
