toonut

One goal of toonut is to keep the New Cartoon section interesting, and to encourage submissions from all of its Artist members. Actually that's two goals.

If we let any member upload a large number of cartoons in one shot, they would flood the New Cartoon section. Most of their cartoons and everyone else's would go unnoticed, buried under this flood. That's why we limit cartoon posts to one per day for each Artist.

We don't keep track of each member's time zone, so we don't know when your day starts. To be practical, we've set a minimum time limit beween cartoon posts, something on the order of 12 hours.
